4 easy steps to achieve any goal
Is there something that you really want in life that keeps ending up on the back burner? “I don’t have time,” “I’ll get around to it someday,” “I don’t have the money,” “I’ve already tried, it’ll never work.”
Do these statements sound familiar? Try these 4 easy steps and you are bound to be closer than ever to achieving your goals.
  1. Think about your end goal. What is your desire? Maybe it’s mending a relationship in your life, organizing your over-cluttered office, or to go on that vacation… Figure out what your goal is and write it down.
  1. Make a list of 10 ideas of how to reach your end goal. Writing these ideas down is surely not a waste of time. In reality, writing these ideas down will bring you a physical step closer to your goal. Even if only a little step it is indeed a step in the right direction.
  1. Prioritize the steps that you wrote down by numbering them 1-10, one being the step you’d like to conquer first and ten being a step which might not need to be done immediately for you to achieve your goal.
  1. GO DO IT! Now you have a plan—how easy was that?! Next step is to follow through. Take the list of prioritized steps and block off time on your calendar to complete each task at hand. Remember to follow through! When the time appears on your calendar to complete one of these tasks, take pride in doing so knowing that you are physically moving towards your goal.
With these simple steps, you will be moving in the right direction to achieving your goals. Make sure to dedicate enough time to this and to break larger goals down into something more attainable. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day!
