Start by scheduling a complimentary 20-minute consultation phone call so you can tell us what you’re looking to accomplish with OPO Interiors
During the discovery call, an OPO representative will help you set up the next step by scheduling your in-home assessment. This is where we will get in-depth information and assess your goals and the space which you’re working with.
Depending on your project and budget, we will suggest a package of hours and next steps.
What does it cost to hire a professional organizer?
Professional organizing fees depend completely on what the scope of work looks like. OPO provides discounted package deals which all include donation removals, phone contact between sessions with your organizer, and optional check-in texts to help further instill any new organizing skills that you may learn during your sessions. The value of these packages greatly exceeds the cost.
What is occupied home staging?
Occupied home staging is using furnishing and decor which you already own to make your home “walk through ready” and to create beautiful photos for online presence which will set you aside from your competitors.
Why stage your home?
Would you go into an interview unprepared and in your pajamas?
That’s essentially what you’re doing when you put your house on the market “as is”. You need to polish the look to create curb appeal and an online presence for the demographic who will be purchasing your home.
Oftentimes, homeowners will have decorated their homes with beautiful style and want to show that off. Unfortunately, that look may not be buyer “walk through” ready. Allowing a stager to assess your home and direct you as to what clutter to clear out and how to arrange furniture to best highlight the architectural features is essential to getting the most visibility for your home. Statistics show that staged homes sell faster and for more money!
“The majority of real estate professionals believe staging increases the sale price of the home anywhere from 1 to 15 percent.” -National Association of Realtors
