While designing your room, you may only need a furniture layout for your space, or perhaps you need help choosing paint and color palettes.

Our Process:

We require that every decorating project begins with our Comprehensive Design Consultation.

Our in-depth design consultation happens on-site where you will show your decorator the project space and discuss how you intend to use it, including your goals, ideas, budget, and timeline. We will also talk about the general concept’s for the room (overall layout, colors, and the styles that you like), take measurements and photograph the space for our files. Once your design consultation is completed, your decorator will consider your desires, time, and budget to make suggestions on what the next steps would be to completing your oasis.

Our design consultation rate is $159 within 30 miles of downtown Baltimore. If you’re located outside of that area please contact our decorating team to confirm your rate.

Layout and 2D Digital Design

This package is perfect for our DIY clients. After your decorator collects all your info about your desired look during your Comprehensive Design Consultation she will curate a floor plan & (2) custom design for your space. These designs will be specific to your room and desired functions. Your decorator will consider scale, proportion, color, textures, and SO much more while sourcing each and every piece which she adds to your design. After you’ve chosen which design you like best you will receive your customized shopping list. 
This will be the easiest DIY you ever did! Each item on the shopping list will have a direct link for easy purchase. All you have to do is click the links, purchase your items, and as you receive the items you can use your floorplan as a reference to set it up just as your decorator would if she were there! 

Cost of Layout, (2) Design Boards, customized shopping list, $349-$549 per room, depending on size

***Optional Additional Service–Finishing Touches, $165
Once all products are delivered to the home decorator will arrive on-site to do a final “stage” of all the furnishings and decor items (with exception of the installation of window treatments or assembling furniture).
You decorator will also bring one specially hand-picked piece of decor for the room as a gift welcoming you to your new dream space!

Full-Room Transformation

After the Comprehensive Design Consultation, you’ll receive your Design Proposal which will provide the scope of work and timeline given for the project.
After you’ve accepted the proposal we will send you a contract to digitally sign. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we will welcome you as our client!

Now that the financial work is out of the way, your decorator will let you know when to expect your design concept board for review and approval. The materials and decor budget collection date, a timeline for the completed work by our general contractor, and your completion date will be sent to you. Once any renovations are completed and the furniture and decor arrive, your decorator will come on-site to do the finishing touches and photograph the space.

Cost of Full-Room Transformation, $1,000 retainer for up to 12hrs,  additional work will be hourly at the rate of $70/hr

Stage & Stay

The Stage & Stay is for the client who wants a refresh with minimal purchases or renovations. The Stage & Stay is a little different from our other packages since this consultation is included with the cost of service. During this in-depth consultation, you will do a walkthrough of your home with your decorator where she will suggest you to take notes on any ideas she may have when it comes to moving furnishings as well as, any purchases that may be beneficial to your new look. From there, with the remaining time left, you and the decorator can roll up your sleeves and start staging your furniture and decor. This detail-packed service is good for up to 4 hours of work with your decorator, additional hours may be purchased ahead of time. If you would rather not be involved with moving furniture or decor, for an additional fee you may request that an assistant come to help the decorator.
