While designing your room, you may only need a furniture layout for your space, or perhaps you need help choosing paint and color palettes. Alternatively, you may want a full redesign. For this reason, OPO Interiors provides services big and small to help you put together your dream space.

Our Process:

We require that every decorating project begins with our Comprehensive Design Assessment.

Our in-depth design assessment occurs on-site where you will show your decorator the project space and discuss how you intend to use it, including your goals, ideas, budget, and timeline. We will also talk about the general concept’s for the room (overall layout, colors, and the styles that you like), take measurements and photograph the space for our files. Once your design assessment is completed, your decorator will consider your desires, time, and budget to make suggestions on what the next steps would be to creating your oasis.

Our design assessment rate is $200 within 30 miles of downtown Baltimore. If you’re located outside of that area please contact our decorating team to confirm your rate.

Layout and 2D Digital Design

This package is perfect for our DIY clients. At your Design Assessment, your decorator will have collected all the info about your desired look and budget so she can curate a functional floor plan & custom design board for your space. This design will be specific to your room and desired functions. Your decorator will consider scale, proportion, color, textures, and SO much more while selecting each and every piece which she adds to your design. After you’ve approved your design, you will receive your customized shopping list for online shopping.
This will be the easiest DIY you ever did! Each item on the shopping list will have a direct link for easy purchasing. All you have to do is click the links, purchase your items, and as you receive the items you can use your floor plan as a reference to set up your room just as your decorator would if she were there!

What you get:

  • Comprehensive Design Assessment
  • New floor plan of your space (this will include any furniture which you currently own and want to add into the design)

**Optional Additional Service–Finishing Touches, $129
Once all products are delivered to the home decorator will arrive on-site to do a final “stage” of all the furnishings and decor items (with exception of the installation of window treatments or assembling furniture). Typically clients opt-in for this service when they aren’t sure how to arrange their pillows and decor pieces.

Stage & Stay

The Stage & Stay is for the client who wants a refresh with minimal purchases or renovations. The Stage & Stay is a little different from our other packages since the Design Assesment is included with the cost of service. During this in-depth assessment, we suggest that you grab a pen and paper. You will do a walkthrough of your home with your decorator where she will suggest many ideas on  how to move around furnishings and decor to best highlight your home’s assets, as well as, suggestions for any purchases that may be beneficial for your new look.

Stage & Stay

The Stage & Stay is for the client who wants a refresh with minimal purchases or renovations. The Stage & Stay is a little different from our other packages since the Design Assesment is included with the cost of service. During this in-depth assessment, we suggest that you grab a pen and paper. You will do a walkthrough of your home with your decorator where she will suggest many ideas on  how to move around furnishings and decor to best highlight your home’s assets, as well as, suggestions for any purchases that may be beneficial for your new look.

With the remaining time left after the assessment, you and the decorator can roll up your sleeves and start staging your furniture and decor. This detail-packed service includes up to 5 hours of work with your decorator, additional hours may be purchased ahead of time. If you would rather not be involved with moving furniture or decor, you may request that an assistant come to help your decorator for an additional fee.

Cost of Stage & Stay, $650

Custom Design

After you complete your Design Assessment, you’ll receive an outline of your budget allocated to different parts of your design, including the proposed decorators fees.
After you’ve accepted the outline and decide to move forward, we will send you a contract which you can digitally sign. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we get to welcome you into the OPO Interiors family as one of our clients!

Now that the financial work is out of the way, your decorator will let you know when to expect your floor plans and design concept board for review and approval. After the design process is completed, we will move forward will purchasing the decor for your space. When all of the items arrive at your home, your decorator will schedule a time to arrive on-site and complete the finishing touches and photograph the space.

Cost of Full-Room Transformation, $1,000 non-refundable retainer for up to 10hrs (per room)–any additional time with your decorator will be at a discounted hourly rate of $85/hr

Hourly Services

Perhaps you need help only sourcing one chair, choosing wallpaper for an accent wall, or help with arranging some artwork for your living room. In this case, we provide select services at an hourly rate of $90 per hour, offered in 3 hour bundles.
